Please Read the Following Terms & Conditions

1. These conditions supplied by Cherish Chrysler Limousines (the company) to the customer upon hiring vehicles of the company. The terms and conditions will be adhered to by the customer and will become effective upon payment of the deposit by the customer to the company. No variation of any of the conditions shall be effective .
2. Full payment must be paid one week prior the date of your booking date.
3. A 30% deposit has to be paid in order to secure your required booking date.
4. 50% of the deposit will be refunded upon adequate notice of cancellation being received. Adequate notice refers to no less than 6 weeks prior to the booking date.
5. Cherish Chrysler Limousines are not responsible for any damage to clothing or wedding attire that have sustained damage by our vehicle. It is your own responsibility to take care getting in and out of our vehicles.
6. Cherish Chrysler Limousines will not be held responsible for any mechanical breakdowns that would cause delay to your wedding day.
7. Cherish Chrysler Limousines will not be held responsible for traffic delays to/during and after your wedding.
8. Cherish Chrysler Limousines will not tolerate intoxicated, unruly passengers. Those behaving in this manner will not travel in the company’s vehicles.
9. Cherish Chrysler Limousines will not take responsibility or accountability for lost or stolen goods. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure goods are safe and secure at all times.
10. Extra/Overtime will incur additional charges. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure adequate time has been allowed when booking the vehicles.
11. Cherish Chrysler Limousines will not tolerate the smoking of any substance in their vehicles and will prevent those smoking from traveling in the company’s vehicles.
12. Any damage caused by the customer or their party will be invoiced for the cost of the repair.
13. The customer shall be solely responsible for ensuring that details on the company’s booking form’s are correct.
14. These terms and conditions will be abide to as soon as your booking is confirmed or deposit paid.
